(See 45CFR96--Subpart L) | Provides a comprehensive array of Mental Health services at the local level. | Flexible federal Assistance for social services such as prevention of abuse, neglect, rehabilitating families, achieving self-sufficiency, providing services, etc. (See 42USC1397) | Local governments are distributed funds from SSBG to use at their discretion within the SSBG guidelines.
